LIFETIME ACHIEVEMENT REQUIREMENTS:

  1. Primary circus association for a substantial number of years.
  2. Played a major or featured role.
  3. Made a significant contribution.
  4. In good standing in their community.
  5. Willing to travel to Sarasota or participate via video.
  6. Sponsor must work with the Board to secure funding for the bronze wagon wheel and plaques.

GENERATION NEXT REQUIREMENTS:

  1. Relatively early in a professional career.
  2. Willing to travel to Sarasota and perform pro bono at the awards show.
  3. In good standing with the circus community.
  4. Deemed a great artist with leadership potential.
  5. May be from a multi-generational family or circus arts/acrobatic school.

COACH OF THE YEAR REQUIREMENTS:

  1. Current or retired coach.
  2. In good standing with the circus community.
  3. Deemed by peers to have had a significant impact on students' lives and careers.
  4. May or may not have a professional circus background, but must have coached students who went on to circus careers.
  5. Willing to travel to Sarasota or participate via video.
  6. Willing to participate in the promotion of the award and the awards show.
