Sarasota, FL – March 13, 2026: The Circus Ring of Fame® Foundation announced today that applications for the Class of 2027 are now being accepted through May 15, 2026. Candidate applications can be found by visiting:  https://www.circusringoffame.org/nominate/

“After a hugely successful 2026 awards show we expect to receive a large number of applications for the Class of 2027”, said Bill Powell, Chair of the Foundation. In addition to the Lifetime Achievement Award the committee will also be accepting candidates for Generation NeXt and Coach Of The Year.  These awards recognize emerging circus artists from around the world and circus arts coaches.

Candidate applications will be considered by the nominating committee during the month June and the finalist nominees announced shortly thereafter. Nominees will be sent to the worldwide Circus Advisory Council as the next stage in the feedback loop. Winners will be announced late summer 2026.
